How do I look round your shop?

We have put our products into separate categories to make it easier to find what you are looking for. These are then divided into sub-categories in which to choose your size to make it quicker for you. Simply click on any of these categories to view our products.

How do I view the full item descriptions?

There is a more details link on every item, also any blue text is a link to the full description. To return to product list, click your back button. This can be done either by using your toolbar or right click on your mouse.

How do I add the item I want to my cart?

Next to every product we have, you will see an 'Add to cart' button. If you want a particular item, simply click the 'Add to cart' button and the item will be automatically put into your shopping basket.

If the product has options IE you would like a divan with drawers, select the option from the drop down list and click add to cart. Then if you would like to add the matching headboard select that from the drop down and click add to cart. Your divan with relevant base option and headboard will both be added to your cart.

Another tip, if you are selecting from the matching furniture or mattresses from under the bed and want to return to the bed details, click your back button.

Where do I go to complete my order?

Good question! Our shopping cart is not the same as a real one but it does the same job. When you add items to your shopping cart, we remember which items they are so that when you are ready to pay for your order, we then display all the items you have chosen. You can view your shopping cart at anytime it is situated on the top left hand corner. Like a real shopping cart, you can take items back out again or change the quantity if you have changed your mind or made a mistake.

I don't want to complete my order now can I come back later?

Yes of course, if you don't clear your cookies your order should still be in your cart when your return. You can also send your shopping cart contents to your email address. This is also handy if you want to place your order of the phone at a later time you will have the items, prices and product numbers to hand.

To send the items to your email, go to the shopping cart and at the bottom there is a button that says " send items to email" simply enter your email and the click the button.

I've chosen what I want, what next?

On every page in our shop, you will see a 'Cart' link in the top left hand corner. When you are ready to complete your order, click on the 'view cart' link - this will take you into our Checkout page. You can also go there to delete any items.

You will be able to see all of the items you have put into your shopping basket. At any time you can come back out of our Checkout page and go back into our shopping pages. You don't have to enter any details or sign up to view your order.

If it is correct at the bottom of checkout their are payment option buttons. With a choice of cash on delivery, debit/credit card, cheque, we can call you back for payment at a time convenient to you . This takes you into our secure server which is 128bit ssl encrypted. This means that any information you write is encrypted and guaranteed secure. For extra security, not only are your payment details encrypted so are your personal details.

You will be asked to type in your name and address, email address and phone number. If applicable your card details. There is also a box to type in additional comments for us.

What happens after I place my order?

We will send you a confirmation of your order straight away. This will include login details unique to you so that you can view your details at any time, you are also able to amend your details.

Within hours a real person will email you to thank you and confirm receipt of your order. As soon as we have a date and time for delivery we will contact you, ensuring within in the lead time and with plenty of notice.
