Contract for the Supply of Products or Services

Delivery
Delivery lead times are clearly stated on the website according to each manufacturer. These are lead times only the seller is not accountable if the products are out of stock with the manufacturer without their prior knowledge. If this arises the seller will contact the buyer at the first opportunity to advise of a longer lead time.

Sleepland Beds will take items upstairs and if relevant assemble them if invited to do so. Assembly offer is optional, there is an opportunity to opt out if these conditions are not agreeed to. This is done by invitation only Sleepland Beds, its directors, employees or other representatives are not liable for any damage to your property. The entry route must be cleared of any breakables as Sleepland Beds cannot be held responsible. There needs to be adequate room and the floor must be clean from debris as this can damage products. Protection for carpets and flooring and any other interiors must be provided, Sleepland Beds are not liable for any damage caused if adequate protection is not provided.
Illegal Acts
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic fingerprints of every order placed on this website to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.
