You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy, distribute, or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the Websites without written permission from Sleepland Beds. All images are indicative of our products, however with regards to children's beds some modifications can be made over time when enforced updated safety regulations are required. In this case part of the images may be outdated. 

Contract for the Supply of Products or Services
The display of goods on the Sleepland Beds website amounts to an invitation to view only and is not an offer to sell products or services at any price indicated.

We may choose not to accept your order for any reason. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us until we actually dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then we may decline to supply the goods without giving any reason. At the moment that the goods are dispatched (and not before) a contract will be made between you and us.

Sleepland Beds are free to withdraw from a contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods or services. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy regarding any description, price applied to the goods, services or incorrect pricing due to human error. This also applies in the case of the availability of the goods, services or the order itself.

If an offer or discount code is misused we will request the full amount due. If you don't agree to pay this we will cancel the order and refund the amount paid. We reserve the right to deduct any costs incurred by us.

Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Delivery
Delivery lead times are clearly stated on the website according to each manufacturer. These are indicative lead times only. The seller is not accountable if the products are out of stock with the manufacturer without their prior knowledge, or where the manufacturer has not informed us of a delay. If this arises the seller will contact the buyer at the first opportunity to advise of a longer lead time, and with the opportunity to offer for an alternative to be chosen, or a full refund may be given. If we are unable to deliver on a pre-arranged time due to matters out of our control, a new delivery date will be given without liability. We give a one hour slot to the majority of our customers, if we are delayed due to matters out of our control we are without liability. On very rare occasions it may not be economically viable, or for other reasons such as sickness to send 2 drivers, so you may receive our 1 man room of choice delivery, we will still take up to room of choice if this had been stated as the service on product page.

Some areas within the UK are excluded from our room of choice delivery service. And also any items that are stated as delivered direct, or next day for example. A courier will be used, and therefore goods taken to ground floor, this is an all day service, and no timelsot available, or cash on delivery. Some postcodes may show a longer lead time on the delivery page due to distance, and delivery may be longer than stated. There is a surcharge to some areas as stated on the delivery page, due to the extremely far distance. These are not free as our margins are too low and we would probable incure a loss. 

We don't deliver ourselves to Ireland or Northern Ireland. We do provide details of an excellent carrier with whom you can arrange delivery. The company will then collect the goods from us after you have placed your order with us. The contract for delivery is with the carrier and if you decide to return your goods the delivery cost is non-refundable as it is a private arrangement with yourselves and the carrier. Also if you decide to return your goods from Ireland and Northern Ireland the same  arrangement applies where you arrange for collection of your goods and pay the return costs.

We don't deliver to the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Highlands and Grampians, Scilly and Channel Isles, Isles, and any other off land area (even if it has a bridge).

Processing of orders
The information contained in this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. All liability of Sleepland beds arising for inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

Credit and debit cards are debited before items are shipped or before services are activated by Sleepland Beds. If you select call for payment option, no payment details are entered, we telephone you for details.

We will accept cash on delivery, this is safe for the customer as we have our own delivery service. We may on occasion dependent upon the order value and item ask for a deposit to be paid, this is at the discretion of management.

Pricing Policy: We always strive to bring our customers the best possible sale prices everyday, and our pricing done without misleading our customers.

Where we detail price reductions the following pricing policy shall apply: The reduced from price shown next to an item on this website is the previous price at which the item has been offered for sale in the last 12 months by us. If it was longer than 12 months ago, the reduced from period is also stated. The sale price is the lowest price at which the item has been offered by us. In all cases the "previous" "reduced from" price will have applied for a continuous period of 30 days or more. Intervening prices can be given on request. Any items priced at £0, cannot be purchased online, they are physical shop models, and the listing is for illustration to provide details for the consumer. A star buy, offers exceptional value on a long term basis rather than a reduction from a previous price. Where a sale item has been reduced, and states for a limited time, if no end date stated there is no exact date of when sale will end, it will end when current end of line stock is sold. Normal price or MRRP or RRP, we don't use often, however on occasion we will state this to illustrate the guide value of the items from the manufacturer. This is also used where we have been given an extra discount from a manufacturer to pass onto the the consumer.

Limitation of Liability
Except as specifically stated on this site, neither Sleepland Beds nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of, or in connection with the use of this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

Sleepland Beds will only enter your premises by invitation. We will take your bought items upstairs and any assembly of items is done by invitation only. Sleepland Beds, its directors, employees or other representatives are not liable for any damage to your property, personal belongings, fixtures, or any other item in your home. The entry route must be cleared of any breakables as Sleepland Beds cannot be held responsible. If any items are broken or damaged in your home, we are not liable and you must claim on your household insurance, if you do not agree to this, please do not invite our drivers into your home and ask them to place goods on the ground floor only.

There needs to be adequate room for our drivers to move goods, if not they will not take them upstairs. When you assemble your items, the floor must be clean from debris as this can damage products. Protection for carpets and flooring, and any other interiors must be provided, Sleepland Beds are not liable for any damage caused if adequate protection or care was not used.

Illegal Acts
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic fingerprints of every order placed on this website to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.

Changes in Terms
Sleepland Beds reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the Sleepland Beds web site.

Cancellations and Returns
The Buyer will be responsible for returning the products to the Seller at the buyers own cost. Made to order items are excluded from return, unless there is a manufacturing fault. The Buyer must take reasonable care to ensure that the products are not damaged in the meantime, or in transit and return them in the packaging and condition they were delivered to the Buyer. If the returned goods are not received by the Seller in the condition in which they were originally delivered; the Seller reserves the right to offer only a partial refund or advise the Buyer to claim via their courier if used.

If the buyer has received the goods and on opening , any parts are missing or there are damages or faults to the item, then we ask that you contact us asap to resolve this for you. We will resolve your dispute for you in the form of a refund, repair or replacement. providing that the damage has not occurred due to misuse of the buyer. Refunds are provided, when we receive the goods back at our premises, or the manufacturer, and they have been checked by us or the manufacturer. We will process the refund to your original payment method, within 3 working days, it is usually within 24 hours, however please allow for weekends. It can take 3-5 days to clear with your bank, we don't have any control over this. Returned goods for any reason must be in the original packaging. Please check that there are no problems with the pieces, prior to assembling. If there are, prior to assembling, please contact us.

If an offer is mis-used or abused: A coupon code entered that is not specified for that item or not part of the terms of offer. We will request the difference in payment, equivalent to the amount of the offer that was not stated as for that item. If not paid within 2 days by the customer we will cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

If we are running an offer with a coupon code, only one coupon code can be used per order, two separate codes cannot be used. Our margins are too low to incorporate this.

If you purchase items as a multi-buy offer and any items part of this offer returned, the multi-buy offer is no longer valid and the item/items kept will be charged at full price: ie order a bed frame and mattress, bed frame returned, mattress kept, mattress will be charged at full price and the difference deducted from refund.
