	Customer Privacy Sleepland Beds are committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We do not pass any of your information to third parties. Details we require for delivery We need to collect the following information from you in order to process your order and notify you of the status of your order. Your Name Address Email address Phone number You can check the information that we hold about you by logging into your account which is accessed via the user name and password we sent you after you placed your order. Or using the contact us form on our "Contact Us" page, or emailing support@sleeplandbeds.co.uk. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. Security of personal information When you enter credit card information on the Sleepland Beds web site we use secure servers to ensure that all details are encrypted at your browser. We never store your financial debit/credit card details. The card processor will confirm to us that your payment has been successful. If making a payment over the telephone we never write down or store your card details, we enter them into the secure terminal in real time and process your order. We have no further access to your details after this. You will receive an email with a password and username, this will allow you to access the details we have as per the data protection act below. Payment details are never stored. Data Protection The Data Protection Act 1998 requires us to be open about our holding and use of personal data. It also entitles individuals to find out from us what personal data is held about them on computer, to have that information corrected or erased if it is inaccurate, and to claim compensation if they can prove they have suffered damage from an inaccuracy or breach of security.
