You can check the information that we hold about you by logging into your account which is accessed via the user name and password we sent you after you placed your order. Or using the contact us form on our "About sleepland beds" page, or emailing customercare@sleeplandbeds.co.uk. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

Security of personal information

When you enter credit card information on the Sleepland Beds web site we use secure servers to ensure that all details are encrypted at your browser. We never see or store your financial debit/credit card details. The only details we receive are your name, delivery address, email address and phone/fax number. The card processor will confirm to us that your payment has been successful.

If making a payment over the telephone we never write down or store your card details, we enter them into the secure terminal and process your order. We have no further access to your details after this.

You will receive an email with a password and username, this will allow you to access the details we have as per the data protection act below.


Data Protection
The Data Protection Act 1998 requires us to be open about our holding and use of personal data. It also entitles individuals to find out from us what personal data is held about them on computer, to have that information corrected or erased if it is inaccurate, and to claim compensation if they can prove they have suffered damage from an inaccuracy or breach of security.
