Hi Graham, Just to let you know that the bed (Paddington highsleeper from our Luxury Carved bunk bed range) is now assembled and is a huge success with my daughter, she loves it! I must admit that the assembly took me a while on my own, but with the build quality being top notch it was a pleasure to do compared to most flat packs.

Hello, I just wanted to send a quick message to say thank you ever so much for a wonderful experience. Everyone I spoke with was so helpful and friendly, and the delivery up into the bedroom was gratefully received.
I am so overjoyed with the job that Shaun did assembling, we didn't even know he was there, he just got on with it. We weren't sure if it would be worth the extra cost, however it most definetly was.
My children love their bunk bed with stairs. It's even nicer in person and the quality is fab, you said it wouldn't wobble, and it doesn't it's very strong.

I've attached a couple of photos of my daughters
Paddington High Sleeper bed that we recently purchased for her 6th
Birthday. She is super happy with her new bed and it has created more
space in her bedroom to play underneath and store all her
toys, she's added some beanbags and loves hanging out in her new den
under her bed. We added the tent just to make it more cosy
up so high.
My daughter is Severely Sight Impaired so we were keen to
find a high sleeper that was also safe for her
to climb up and down, the Paddington High sleeper was perfect with the
staircase and handrail. She can safely get up and down in to her new
bed, and the storage in the drawers is an added bonus.
Being in the
grey colour also it helps the bed structure stand
out to her in the room, so she is less likely to walk in to it. The
whole bed feels luxurious and well made, we have had lots of compliments
on it!
Thank you for making the buying process so easy, I
ordered the bed back in January but requested delivery in April, you
were more than accommodating with this. I was able to pay in 3
installments over paypal which was also helpful. When it came
to delivery the communication was great and the delivery driver
friendly.
We expected the bed to take us ages to build but were
pleasantly surprised. The bed is good quality and many of the parts were
already built, so it was just a case of building the drawers and
bolting it all together. We set aside a whole day
but the bed was up in 2 hours. It's a solid, quality bed and I am sure
it will last for years.
The curved handrail is also a lovely feature and
really gives the bed the wow factor! I would not hesitate from ordering
another sleepland bed and highly recommend
this high sleeper.

 Terrific bed that is extremely well made especially the stairs/draws
that fix to the side where other similar ones are flimsy in comparison.
Easy enough to build with every single part numbered and each type of
screw/bolt in a separate bag also
numbered. Can't recommend this highly enough and my little boy loves

My daughter and I are extremely happy with the Cosmos Childrens Midsleeper Cabin bed . The delivery driver was great, and the bed was delivered on time and carefully to the room.
In spite of the vast number of pieces involved, I found the instructions clear and it was a fairly straightforward build. I was pleased that there wasn't missing any pieces or fixings as often is the case with flat pack furniture.
I was also very pleased with the quality of the bed .
It has transformed my daughter's tiny room into a more spacious and functional room with all the storage the bed comes with. I have a very happy daughter which makes me very happy too.

I just wanted to write to tell you how impressed I am with your company. I have been looking at the bed for my daughter for a few weeks and we finally got around to decorating her room and ordering the bed.
The delivery driver phoned me to tell me he was 45 mins away and I know usually he would have taken it in the house for us, but he left it on the drive where I asked him too and he was very polite.
We have spent all afternoon putting the bed together and it’s absolutely great. We have a VERY happy 4 year old who loves her new bed. It’s really great quality and sturdy.

I would just like to say thank you so much for a truly wonderful experience. Firstly, the quality of the triple bunk bed is above my expectation, the quality for the price is beyond fantastic. The boys love their foam mattresses they are so soft and comfortable for them. We are so happy with our mattress, it took us a couple of weeks to get used to it, now we absolutely love it.
Secondly, I would like to give you my appreciation of the service we received, your staff are lovely. They kept me informed, and the way I was sent an email asking if the day and time were suitable was simple and easy, as it saved me missing a call whilst in work. Thirdly, your delivery people were superb, they arrive at 7.05am, five minutes into my slot at the other end of the country. Thank goodness they carry things upstairs, everything weighed a ton except the boys mattresses. How they got our massive mattress up the stairs! they took their time to make sure it wasn't bent as they said that would damage it. When they put the boys bed in their room they asked where we would be putting it and put the boxes away from there and gave us some tips such as the best way to open them in order. | I cannot recommend Sleepland Beds highly enough. I ordered my second bed late Tuesday night and I had it before 7.30am Thursday. They are more than willing to help when they can. They deliver to our area on a Thursday so I thought I'd be pushing it to get it here but they were brilliant. Absolutely fantastic service. Just wanted to say that the service offered with regard to the bed I purchased for my Grandson was 1st class. Ordered on Sunday delivered on Thursday no waiting in all day for delivery. The driver called my son 20 minutes before so he could nip home from work. Built the bed at weekend and really pleased with quality of bed and mattress and grandson loves it.

Of course there is always a little apprehension when ordering off of the internet and especially for me when looking for a bed without actually seeing it in the "flesh" so to speak. What you see is only as good as your computer screen. But following the reading of your testimonials and finding the bed that I really liked I ordered the Knightsbridge in Maple.
As promised I was contacted with the delivery date (very prompt) and the hour time slot. On Saturday your very nice delivery chap turned up, actually a couple of minutes early, excellent service. and took the boxes upstairs to the room requested. Dear Garry, I would like to say thank you for your help with my purchase, it could not have gone any better. The delivery was super and your men arrived within the hour slot, and they took all the boxes into my sons room and placed them in the part of the room we asked for.
We are so pleased with both the high quality of the sailor bed and all of the furniture, and it looks fabulous, to be honest it was a blooming bargain. Bad back, not any more, prior to phoning sleep land beds I'd phoned a couple of
other bed stores to ask for advice on which would be a bed to suit my
needs as I've had three beds/mattresses in so many years, to which quite
frankly they all say on the fence waiting for me to make the final
choice until I spoke to Lee (I'm sure that's his name, sorry ifs it's
not) at sleep land and asked him the same questions as the other stores,
and credit to him he stayed on the phone initially do about 30 mins
then called me back on two more occasions the same day. We had whittled
it down to 2 beds, which is a lot easier choice than a choice of 10's or
100's.
One week later to the day and I'd had the bests nights sleep
in my own bedroom for to many years that I can remember. So far it's
been great. Fair play to the salesman for answering all my questions,
and I don't think it was a fluke because he knew his onions at the end
of the day. Well done all round.

I just wanted to write you a quick email about the excellent service I received yesterday.
I had Cosmos bunk beds and two mattresses delivered yesterday by a very nice man who deserves good things!
He had driven to South Kent, and he was pretty much on time which first of all was impressive. He called me to inform me of his arrival time which was great. He then arrived in a lovely mood, so friendly, so cheerful and positive, and carried my items upstairs no problem. Nice and chatty and polite. Did the job quickly and efficiently and he left a really good impression, he provided excellent customer service.
Excellent customer service is really quite rare nowadays. Your driver is a special person, so please look after him. You are very lucky to have him. I hope the beds are as good as your service :)

Customers query: I would like to thank you for your excellent customer service and delivery staff. I ordered the boys bunk beds on Tuesday (7th August) and was expecting 1-2 week delivery as stated on your website. I had a phonecall later that day to arrange delivery for Saturday (11th August) between 8.30-9.30am.
Your staff arrived at 8.45am, unloaded all the boxes and double-checked the delivery note before leaving.

I recently purchased the metal frame day bed with trundle in ivory, having just moved house and expecting guests the following weekend.
As a Quality Manager, I appreciate excellent customer service and was extremely impressed. I was going to the Isle of Wight festival on the Thursday, due to return on the Monday afternoon which is the normal delivery day in my area. I received a call to say that there would be a delivery in my area the following day (48 hours after placing my order) and could we accept delivery between 09:00 and 10:00. I was sorry to say that we couldn't as we had to leave my 09:40. I was told that the bed would arrive before 09:30 and it did.
The level of service was outstanding and even though I spoke to a couple of different people, they were on point and had the relevant details to hand. Communication within the team is obviously excellent and the treatment of customers is second to none.
I had real trouble finding the right day bed, many companies had reasonable ones, styles that would suit the big old Victorian house that we live in but often, the second bed was at floor height, the mattresses were an odd size and they did not supply that size of mattress, or they were just phenomenally expensive or cheap looking. This is a perfect fit in our home, it looks stunning with an old home-made rag blanket and home-made quilt on it. Once the trundle is out and up it is a great double bed, far exceeding 'normal' guest beds and our guests have all commented on how comfortable it is.
I am extremely impressed all round. Please feel free to put this on your page to help others.

Dear Paul, I would like to express my delight with our Mayfair pink midsleeper, it is the best childrens bed we have every purchased.
It looks gorgeous and we were pleasantly suprised at how solid the bed and furniture are. Although it took a little time as so much to the bed and furniture, it was simple to put together as the instructions are so easy to follow, loved the way each piece has a number sticker on to correlate with the instructions.
Your phone and email communication was impressive, you are all so lovely and friendly and new who I was whenever I rang without looking me up. And the delivery men were lovely also and we appreciated they arrived at the time, and carried the stuff upstairs as it weighed a ton.

Hi. I would just like to say thanks for the fantastic service we received from you. We had tried to order the bed we wanted for our son from another supplier who messed us around so it was great when we finally came to you.
We ordered the bed on the Monday and it was with us by the Saturday. The one hour delivery slot was also very helpful and it was great that we had a half hour warning of delivery as well. The bed was also delivered to my son's bedroom which saved us a lot of trouble.

I'd love you to put this on the site just so everyone knows how great sleepland beds are!! We were amazed at how fast the delivery was when we purchased the Double Futon silver frame bunk bed, not only did it arrive on the delivery day it arrived on time at 11am!
I got a phone call to confirm they were on the way and to check the address, the guys who delivered our new bed were more than happy to take it upstairs and put it in the room too. To assemble it took 2 of us about 1 1/2 hours and it went together very well, everything was in the right place and a secure fit.
Our son had a great night sleep in this top bunk and we love the ladder steps as there grip and there chunky too, great for peace of mind, the double Futon is well padded and will be a great sleep for our guests or sleep overs, the sofa is great for now for our son to watch tv!!
So all in all 110% were very happy!!

This is just a quick email to say thanks for the excellent service you provided us with. My wife and I were a little worried about buying a bunk bed we had only seen online but your regular communication, ability to pay cash on delivery and timely delivery (actually between 07:30 and 08:30) made for a good experience.
The bunks were (mainly a doddle) to put together although it's easier to screw the slats down before adding the safety rails which is contrary to the instructions on the leaflet which instead recommends doing it the other way. The bunks feel very sturdy and the superior mattresses I'm sure will last my 2 boys for years. Thanks again, would use you in future without hesitation.

Hi - the mattress arrived bang on time, so just a few words of appreciation that you are welcome to use:
Your price for the product was so much better than anywhere else, I really thought I was looking at a different thing, hence the phone call to double check. When I see a spectacularly good price, being a cynic I always look for the downside. I couldn't see anything on the website but I assumed that (a) at that price (b) at this time of year and (c) with the awful weather, the "one to three weeks" quoted would mean three weeks and probably a bit!
When I got the email to advise three DAYS I was amazed and when I get a one hour window for delivery rather than the usual (at best) "up to 12 noon" or "12 noon to 5pm" I smiled and thought I wouldn't hold my breath.
The mattress was delivered about 10 minutes into that one hour by two people who (thankfully!) carried it up the stairs and into the room required.
Well done for such a superb overall service - I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone that cares to listen!!

Dear Paul, have just put your ottoman bed by sleepland together and wanted to say how delighted we are. You were right it is even better in real life so to speak we really are over the moon with how nice it looks and the sound quality of both the bed and the mattress.
Can you tell your delivery men thank you for coming out in this weather, to be be honest we thought delivery would be cancelled and would of understood. They are a credit to you, it was awkward for them to maneuver the 6ft mattress upstairs but they did it without a grumble and they took their shoes off which was nice of them.

my mum said the delivery guys were lovely and very helpful they rang her to confirm time scales and the delivery was prompt, she wanted to make sure I wrote a review (she is herself a business woman) and when I told her I only placed the order on Sunday she was very surprised that it only took a few days for delivery!
The bed is beautiful it took us a few hours to put together not bad I think! and the affinity Mattress is a very comfortable and wonderful nights sleep.

Just a note to say how pleased we were with the excellent customer service we received from Sleepland Beds. I initially rang enquiring about mattresses, colours etc and the lady on the other end of the phone was really helpful, the Emails below were very polite and the delivery times were fab considering that when you normally wait for a delivery you have to stay in ALL day!!!
The guys that delivered the bed were very polite and helpful and didn't mind at all that they had to shift a few things around in my garage to bring the beds in -they did offer to take all the boxes upstairs for me but I still hadn't dismantled my kids old beds!!!
All in All fantastic service and I will definitely recommend you.

I thought i would give you feedback on my delivery, first the delivery, you said between 7am and 8am on the 4/2/10 the actual time was 7:10 am on the 4/2/10 spot on ! also the delivery men were very helpful.

Customers query: I just wanted to say how delighted we are with your service and the actual Hyder Cosmic Bunk Bed itself. Thank you for the prompt delivery I received. The bed itself, I would always recommend, it cost more than another brand *, but the quality is superior and is well worth the extra money. When I phoned up for advice you were excellent, I couldn't have asked for a better service especially in terms of information and the actual delivery times. I am in the furniture business myself, so I know what to expect in terms of good customer service and what is physically possible and you exceeded those expectations.
If any parent is looking for a Bunk Bed which has a futon and a desk, buy the Hyder - the design is ideal especially for a teenager - the desk glass is glittered which makes it. The futon is nice and thick which makes it cosy to sleep on. clearly the manufacturers have invested time and money into this product and the packaging. One of my boxes had a hole in when I received it and I dreaded it being opened, but because of the amount of polystryene under the cardboard, there wasn't a scratch to be seen, this says a lot about the quality in my view.
I welcome any questions via e-mail, if any potential customer's want another customer's opinion about it. I was sceptical especially after the disaster I had with another company concerning the other brand *, which is cheap and poorly made in my opinion and would recommend no anyone goes anywhere near it.

Bed arrived at about 11:15 Saturday morning, (Delivery promised between 11:00 and 12:30.) Two very helpful guys placed the bed in bedroom, assembled it, removed all the packaging and even fitted my existing headboard, a very good service.
With regard to the "Sheraton" bed, we have slept on this for four nights now and have found it to be extremely comfortable.
I had spent approximately two hours searching the internet for a bed of this type,(Pocket Springs and Memory Foam) and found the product you offered met all our requirements at the right price.

The prompt reply on email, followed by a very unusual short delivery time slot (usually having to wait in all day!) followed by 2 very friendly and helpful delivery men, who despite being clearly shattered from a hard days work were very courteous, even asking if we wanted them to take their shoes off in the house. I will definitely recommend you to my friends.

Your men were here really early and the job was done well, and very fast. My little boys are thrilled, they think they are wonderful. Do please apologise to them for the chaos. My eldest son is autistic (Asperger) and has hyperactivity problems so there was a lot of noise and chaos going on when they were here.
