We are a hands on family run company who work alongside our fantastic team in Hooton, Cheshire. We have traditional, honest values, and try our level best to ensure customers receive the best care possible, with an approachable, more personable service.

We are nationwide, our online store caters for everyone in the UK. We offer known and independent brands, and also our own Sleepland range with exclusive designs, that offer quality with the best value possible. 

Ourselves, and our customer service team are based together, ensuring that each department can work seamlessly together. We try to make it a very happy place to work, and we hope this is reflected in your customer care and service. We moved from Chester to our Hooton showroom in 2014 as it has a much larger warehouse attached, as we've grown our range of Sleepland childrens beds etc to a large extent.

Whilst we try our best and want everything to be perfect for our customers, although rare, sometimes things do happen so that it isn't. If you do contact us with any problems, we will sort out for you as soon as possible. Whilst we love to receive emails or phone calls from customers who are happy, we also want you to feel comfortable contacting us if you need any after sale care, or advice.

We also have our own specialist delivery department. You may have seen one of our Sleepland vans around your area. Our two person teams are friendly, helpful, and they manage your goods with the greatest of care. All items are delivered together, and taken into the room of your choice with a pre-arranged one hour slot.

The family and our team work so hard to give you not only quality products with the best value, also the best customer care possible. Whether this be pre-sale, after sale, delivery, and if you ever need advice or experience any problems you will find we're very friendly and approachable. 

We don't outsource any aspect of our business, from customer service to delivery. We may not have the fanciest online store, however we are bed experts, and write our own product descriptions, with as much detail as possible, and always with honesty and without exaggeration. We don't use copywriters or companies to get us higher in search engines etc, no offence to people who do.

We find you the best beds and mattresses that give you value for money, and we always keep our prices as low as possible. We don't do gimmicks or misleading sales if you know what I mean, just honest prices every day of the year. We try to give you as much information as possible when adding our items. If we've missed anything please contact us.

We give you good old fashioned customer service. We run a professional business, whilst being friendly and approachable. If you phone us for advice, you will not get an impersonal call centre, or a pushy salesperson. Just honest and helpful advice in a friendly manner, and only ever if asked for.

The same goes for after sales care, please never hesitate in contacting us if you experience any problems, or need advice on anything, from how often should I turn my mattress, to talking you through a part of assembly where you can't fathom a section out. We are honestly always happy to help you.

We are lucky enough to have fantastic staff working alongside us who are worth their weight in gold.

Can I take this opportunity to say how fantastic Beverley who sold me the bed is, she is really great person. As shoppers ourselves we try to support independent companies, we appreciate some people may be apprehensive purchasing from a company for the first time. With companies sadly going out of business, and some whilst owing creditors start up under a new "guise". We have no debt, our company is owned completely, with no outside investors, we have healthy cash flow, we don't use credit. At our 50,000 sq ft warehouse we have over half a million pounds, paid for stock at all times.
