We'll arrange your delivery day with you after you order, however you're very welcome to contact us with your item of interest, and postcode, if you would like more of an idea when your day will be, before ordering.

Delivery is free for most of mainland England, Wales and Scotland. We will arrange the day with you, and provide a timeslot.

Exceptions where we're unable to offer free delivery. We still provide a room of choice service: England: BH, CO, CT, DT, EX, IP, NR, PL, TN, TQ, TR, YO11-16, and YO21-22. Scotland: DG5-9, G82-84, KA, and KY. Wales: LL26-78. There is a surcharge in checkout of £29.99.

For off mainland UK, AB, DD, PA-15-80, PH, SA postcodes and all Scottish Highland postcodes, please contact us.

For Europe, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Isle Of Man, Isle Of Wight and Islands, we don't deliver to these areas ourselves, please see below for carrier details, or contact us.

We have our own nationwide UK delivery service. All of our warehouse and delivery teams ensure that your goods are taken care of, arrive on time, and in perfect condition. For the areas stated as not free delivery above, we use a reputable 2 man room of choice courier, and we spend time to provide extra wrapping and protection. With our own room of choice service, goods are delivered direct from our warehouse. Many of our goods are large and heavy, whilst we have thousands of beds in stock, we don't use a ground floor next day courier for the benefit of our customers. They will be carried upstairs for you.

We don't charge extra for room of choice, it's provided as a courtesy as we don't want anyone to struggle with products such as our exclusive children's beds and bunk beds that have 4-5 large, extremely heavy boxes. There's a few lighter products we deliver direct from the suppliers, and not room of choice, which is stated in the dimension and delivery box, shown at the end of the product, we will let you know after you order, and check that it's okay. If this will cause you a problem, please contact us to discuss.

Your goods will arrive within the allocated time slot, on the pre-arranged day. If invited to enter your home our team are all polite, helpful and respectful.

With our own nationwide delivery service, we will keep you fully informed ,however as a general guide: Where we have space on an already compiled route, we will contact you to offer you a timeslot for this. Or, we work our new routes and one hour timeslots on a Monday. We will send an email with a delivery date by 5pm on the Monday of the week we're delivering, and ask you to confirm if it's suitable. If it isn't we'll arrange another date with you. If we don't hear back within 24 hours, or you ask us to, we'll call you to arrange. We provide you with an accurate one hour slot at the same time.

We do take note of, and acknowledge any messages or requests. We work on a multi-route basis to enable free delivery, and to be more ecologically sound. We can deliver after a certain date, or avoid certain dates, if you let us know in checkout or after you order. You are welcome to contact us to discuss any special requirements.

If you need us to secure your goods and deliver after a specific date, or avoid certain dates, this is not a problem. Whilst we do arrange the day with you, we're grateful if you could leave a note, or mention if placing by phone.

You are also welcome to place an order to secure your goods, and then make payment on another day that you specify. To do this, please call, or select the 'call me for payment' option in checkout. Cash on delivery is also an option as we have our own service.

Our drivers call when around half an hour away, or at the time you ask for. You can let us know a specific request such as a different phone number. We will confirm everything with you, and you're welcome to contact us anytime.

If you decide to return your items, as per our returns policy, and ask us to collect, we will do so when we are next in your area, and will arrange the day and time with you. If you experience any issues and need replacement parts, we can usually send this via courier.

We deliver through the week, however London is only ever a Saturday and Sunday, each and every week.

Our Sleepland exclusive range of childrens beds, bunk beds and bed frames are unless specified otherwise, in stock, and usually 2-14 days.

Some very far areas have a surcharge as we need to use a courier to prevent a longer than usual leadtime. This is still room of choice to mirror our own service, and we contribute most of the cost ourselves. For areas that state a longer lead time than 1 or 2 weeks, you are welcome to contact us to discuss a faster delivery.

Whilst with our own range which is in stock, we don't use next day courier, or any other, as they are too large and heavy, and we know from experience that there is a high chance of them being damaged, unreliability etc. View Exclusive Sleepland Childrens Beds

You're very welcome to collect, or take-away if visiting our Cheshire store.

This is a general guide, we do keep you fully informed. We will offer a slot where we have space left on an existing route to your area. Or, we work out new routes, and one hour slots on a Monday for the forthcoming 9 days. We'll email to check that the proposed day, with timeslot is suitable on Monday, this will also include your one hour slot, we'll acknowledge your reply. If not suitable, we'll arrange a different date with you. If we don't hear back, or you ask us to, we'll phone you to arrange. We will personally email you within 24 hours of your order in relation to your delivery. It's not a problem if you need us to secure your goods until after a specific date.

Delivery times for throughout the UK start early, dependent on where your address falls on the route. Our childrens beds are extremely popular, as parents, we appreciate that you may require your one hour slot outside the school run, please leave a note in checkout.

If you are going away, moving or decorating etc. you may want to receive delivery after a specific date, or avoid certain dates, this is fine. We'll secure your goods for you and arrange day with you, usually on the Monday of that week.

We use 3D secure, strict settings, the name and address must match exactly to the registered billing details. You are welcome to enter an alternative delivery address, except for the 0% finance option.
