Our Maple day bed now comes with a matching trundle that fills the whole gap under the daybed.

Our Premium Maple Wooden Day Bed is a beautiful, well made 3ft single sofa style bed frame. This special offer package includes the maple lacquered wooden sofa style bed frame, and trundle complete with trundle mattress for overnight guests or sleepovers.

Children and teenagers particularly like the sofa style for their bedroom, as the name depicts a sofa style to relax during the day, and a top quality bed to sleep in. If your children are like mine, we quite often have an extra child staying the night.

The sofa style bed frame is made with top grade, Eco Friendly, heavy and solid rubberwood. The warm maple lacquer enhances the beautiful grain of this hard wood. The day beds and trundle are also on display in our Hooton, Cheshire showroom.

The trundle rolls from under the day bed on metal castors, it doesn't raise. The trundle isn't attached to the daybed, and can therefore be used anywhere in the room. Ours is all maple, and it now has a higher front which meets the side of the trundle, hiding the mattress completely. We include a foam mattress for the trundle, the mattress for the main day bed is optional. Trundle dimensions: Length 187cm Width 95 cm Front Height 28cm Height of back and sides 10cm.
