In addition to our online bed shop which caters for the entire UK, we also have a showroom. We have moved from our Sealand Road, Chester shop to Hooton. When you speak with one of us, we're based in the offices attached. We don't outsource any aspect of our company, only ever us, the family at Sleepland, and our fabulous team.

We also have massive warehouses, and our own professional delivery depot and service, so that we can offer the best and most customer friendly service possible. We offer our customers from all over the UK a fast, free two person room of choice service, with an accurate one hour slot.

We offer a very informal and comfortable environment in our bed shops, we don't follow you round, or watch your every move. We are of course there for you if, and when you need us, otherwise just forget we're there and try out the beds and mattresses in peace.

New children bed centre and Hooton store opened in 2014. Paul is the general manager of the shops and you will see him on the shop floor. You may have spoken with him on the phone as he's always on hand for our online customers, he's very polite, friendly and approachable. For over ten years we've never done sales patter or pressure selling, they're a swear word to us. All of our store staff and customer service phone team are approachable, and always ensure you feel comfortable.

David came to us from Dreams. He enjoys the relaxed environment, and that no pressure is put upon him to achieve targets or sell particular beds or add-ons. David and our other shop team within the bed shop ensure peaceful browsing, and testing of the beds without bother or pressure.

The same goes for if you phone us for advice, we never expect you to buy anything. We would prefer you ask us for advice and then you say you will discuss with your family and go away and think about it, until if and when you are ready.
