Exclusive Staircase Mid sleeper

Our exclusive Sleepland® Royal midsleeper bed with stairs in an anthracite grey combines a small wardrobe and open space for a den. The steps provide a fun and easy way for children to get in and out of bed. It also available in white below.

There are bookcase shelves that sit beneath the stairs to enable your child to store and display their items. There is also a midi wardrobe at the end with a hanging rail. You could utilise this as a tall cupboard if you prefer.

We've kept it so that there's mostly open space underneath that you can utilise in a way that suits you. We know that a lot of children like to use this as a den, and have their own little space to play or relax. The wardrobe is part of the structural balance and strength, it cannot be placed away from the midsleeper. There is no movement, the bed is strong and rigid.

This is a dark anthracite grey colour, which can look different under certain lights. We've therefore, taken additional photos in our store with natural sunlight.

Who are Sleepland beds?
Sleepland beds are a family run business. We have been trading for 16 years, selling a variety of beds, mattresses and furniture. We design and offer our own range of Sleepland exclusive childrens beds while also selling the best divan, fabric, metal, wooden beds and mattresses from a hand picked selection of the best manufacturers in the Uk.
How do I place an order?
When designing the order and checkout process on our website we wanted to make it as easy and stress free as possible for our customers. Once you are ready to place your order, click the add to basket button. You will then receive a Green pop up message to acknowledge that your order has been added to your basket and you can click on the underlined shopping basket to proceed to the shopping basket page. Here, check your shopping basket and then click on proceed to checkout to be taken to our secure checkout page. Here, you can input your details and place your order. If paying by Paypal you can checkout directly from the shopping basket page by clicking on the Paypal link under the Pink proceed to checkout box.
80% of our orders are placed online but you are welcome to order instore or over the telephone on 01244823107 during our opening hours.
What if my billing address is different to my delivery address?
We understand that in some cases the delivery address will be different to the billing address. Often our customers purchase items for a new home, holiday home or for family members or friends.
Therefore we have added this option at checkout. The default setting at checkout is set to assume that the billing and delivery address are the same. To change this simply untick the box that says Billing address same as delivery address. This will then open an additional box to input the different billing address.
What happens after I place an order:
Once you have checked out, you will receive an automated email acknowledging your order and payment. You will also receive your own unique order number so that you can check up on your order at any time. Then, at the earliest opportunity we will process your order and send you a personalised receipt of your order which will include details of your delivery and we will also give you all our contact details so that you can contact us with any questions you may have.

Will my items arrive flat packed, if so what is included in the boxes?
If you order anything other than a Divan bed, pillows, selected furniture or mattresses your item will be delivered flat packed for self assembly. Everything is brand new in boxes and all fixings and instructions are included. Depending on the item ordered you may need to supply your own phillips screwdriver for assembly. During opening hours we are on hand via the telephone to offer assistance if needed. 01244823107.
If a divan bed is ordered then all castors are included within the packaging. You will also receive hardware to attach a headboard even if a headboard is not ordered with the bed as you may have your own headboard or want to purchase one in the future. With regards to assembly, if you are interested in an assembly service then we may know somebody in your area that we can recommend. We would just need to know where you are located. Where do you deliver to?
We can offer delivery to anywhere in mainland Uk with the majority of the deliveries undertaken by our own Sleepland delivery team. There are areas that we cannot travel to, for these deliveries we use a 2 man room of choice delivery company. When will I receive my delivery?
This depends on which item or items you order. Every item for sale on our website will have its own delivery tab underneath the Dimensions & Specification tab. Delivery lead times will also be available on our 1 page checkout. If you are still unsure at any time then feel free to contact us here. In most cases we offer free delivery with a 1 hour time slot. When offering you a delivery day and time slot we will give you at least a week's notice and we won't deliver to you unless you confirm your delivery slot. In other words, we won't just turn up unannounced.
Is delivery free?
In an ideal world we would offer free delivery to everyone regardless of where delivery is to. Sadly this is not possible as we cannot physically drive to certain parts of the Uk due to long distances and the duty of care responsibility that we have for our delivery team. Therefore a small amount of postal areas do incur a delivery cost. This is to contribute towards the high costs that we incur by sourcing an external delivery service to get your items delivered to you safely and securely. This service includes a 2 man room of choice delivery. Delivery lead times are unaffected and in most cases, delivered in 3 days.
When are you next in my area, I need a quick delivery?

Can I delay delivery until I am ready?
Yes, we understand that you may wish to delay delivery until you have finished decorating, or you are arriving back from a holiday or surprising a loved one with a birthday gift.

Do you deliver to London?
Yes, we deliver to London and the surrounding areas every weekend. We deliver at the weekend to avoid the heavy traffic during the week. Delivering to London during the week takes a lot longer and we are unable to offer a 1 hour time slot for delivery.
What vehicles do you use for delivery?
We tend to use luton box vans similar to the ones supermarkets use for home delivery.
Can I leave additional information for you when I place my order?
Yes, of course. At checkout there is a box that says - Add Order Comment - simply leave us any information that you think would be relevant to your order.
What paperwork will I receive with my order?
On delivery, you will receive a hardcopy of your invoice. Keep this safe as it is your receipt and guarantee. You will also have a copy of your invoice via email which you can also use as your receipt and guarantee. It will have your unique order number on.
I have seen an item that I like but it is out of stock, when will new stock arrive?
If you see an item that is out of stock then scroll down to the shipping tab and it will have the expected delivery date. When new stock is about to arrive we will accept pre orders.

What are your opening hours?

Do you have a showroom?
We do, this is located at 1-2 Hooton Park, Hooton Road, Hooton, Cheshire CH66 7NA. You are welcome to visit us Monday to Friday 9am-4.45pm. Saturday 10am-4pm.
We have approx. 70 models to view instore and we are there to assist you in any way but at the same time we won't bother you if you just want to browse. In other words no pushy salespeople.

Yes, all the items on our website have at least a 1 year guarantee. Further information is available on each listing.
Do you sell spare parts?
Incase of accidents, if you are in need of any spare parts in the coming years then contact us and we may be able to source spare parts for you from the manufacturers.
Do you accept returns? 
Yes, of course. All distance selling regulations are applied when you place an order with us. 
Please be aware that returns will only be accepted as long as the items are returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. It is very rare for us to see a return request but if we do see one it is normally due to an item being too large for a room. Therefore please double check your measurements before ordering.
