Delivery is free for most of mainland England, Wales and Scotland. We will arrange the day with you, and provide a timeslot.

Exceptions where we're unable to offer free delivery. We still provide a room of choice service: England: BH, CO, CT, DT, EX, IP, NR, PL, TN, TQ, TR, YO11-16, and YO21-22. Scotland: DG5-9, G82-84, KA, and KY. Wales: LL26-78 There is a surcharge in checkout of £29.99.

We have our own nationwide UK delivery service. All of our warehouse and delivery teams ensure that your goods are taken care of, arrive on time, and in perfect condition. For the areas stated as not free delivery above, we use a reputable 2 man room of choice courier, and we spend time to provide extra wrapping and protection. With our own room of choice service, goods are delivered direct from our warehouse. Many of our goods are large and heavy, whilst we have thousands of beds in stock, we don't use a next day courier for the benefit of our customers. They will be carried upstairs for you.

We don't charge extra for room of choice, it's provided as a courtesy as we don't want anyone to struggle with products such as our exclusive children's beds and bunk beds that have 4-5 large, extremely heavy boxes. There's a few lighter products we deliver direct from the suppliers, and not room of choice, which is stated in the delivery section, shown at the end of the product, we will let you know after you order, and check that it's okay. If this will cause you a problem, please contact us to discuss.

Your goods will arrive within the allocated time slot, on the pre-arranged day. If invited to enter your home our team are all polite, helpful and respectful.

We will contact you to check that the proposed delivery day is suitable. If it isn't we will arrange another day with you. We will provide a one hour slot at the same time. All items are delivered together.

We do take note of, and acknowledge any messages or requests. If you need us to secure your goods, and deliver after a specific date, or avoid certain dates, this is not a problem. It's helpful if you could leave a note in checkout.

You are also welcome to place an order to secure your goods, and then make payment on another day that you specify, please call, or select 'call me for payment' option in checkout.

Cash on delivery is also an option, as we have our own service.

They will call you when around half an hour away, or at the time you ask for. You can let us know a specific request such as a different phone number, for example if you are nipping home, or a friend or relative is going to your home for your one hour slot.

We do deliver to some areas of a weekend, this is still free, there is no premium.

London and surrounding areas are only ever a Saturday and Sunday each and every week. Our vans are also in the following every week on a weekend, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, most of Essex, parts of Kent, Middlesex, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Bedford, Oxford, Reading, Buckinghamshire, Luton & St Albans, and Slough & Guildford.

Most people assemble themselves, however there are two excellent companies that we recommend, and that many of our customers have used. We would never recommend anyone, unless we know from experience that they complete a five star job every time for our customers.

If you live in Cheshire, Merseyside, the Wirral, Manchester, and would like your children's bed, bunk bed etc assembled, you can book the service of Shaun or Garry. Our Sleepland exclusive range of children's beds, bunk beds and bed frames are, unless specified otherwise, in stock at our store and warehouse for fast UK delivery, usually within 2-14 days.

Some extremely far areas, can take longer, this is because we need to fill a van to make this cost effective, and be environmentally friendly. We are grateful for your understanding, as we are a family business, and do our best. We have our own delivery service, to ensure, for example goods are taken care of and not damaged. There is a general guide to the frequency we are in each area below, you are always welcome to contact us for more information before ordering. For areas that state a longer lead time than 1 or 2 weeks, you are welcome to contact us to discuss a faster delivery.

You're also welcome to collect any items in stock in our store and warehouse, or take away if visiting our Cheshire store.

This is a general guide, we do keep you fully informed. We will offer a slot where we have space left on an existing route to your area. Or, we work out new routes, and one hour slots on a Monday for the forthcoming 9 days. We'll email to check that the proposed day, with timeslot is suitable on Monday, this will also include your one hour slot, we'll acknowledge your reply. If not suitable, we'll arrange a different date with you. If we don't hear back, or you ask us to, we'll phone you to arrange. We will personally email you within 24 hours of your order in relation to your delivery. It's not a problem if you need us to secure your goods until after a specific date.

You are welcome to leave messages and delivery requests. We do try our very best to accommodate requests as far as logistically possible. You are welcome to discuss whether your requirements are possible with us before you decide.

Our children's beds are very popular, and as parents we understand that you may need your one hour slot outside the school run. To enable us to work around this when planning routes and 1hr slots, which start very early morning across the UK, it's really helpful to us if you can leave a note in checkout. Areas that are only of a weekend are stated below.

If you are going away, moving or decorating etc. you may want to order to secure your goods and receive delivery after a specific date, or avoid certain dates, this is fine, we'll secure your goods for you and arrange day with you, usually on the Monday of that week.

As we have our own delivery service, with our own personnel, we can safely accept cash on delivery. They will give you a signed receipt, in addition to the confirmation you receive when you place your order.

If you pay by card, online or over the phone, or through PayPal, a secure payment receipt is sent in addition to your order confirmation.

Goods need to be signed for, and everyone receives a receipt on delivery for your guarantee and records. We don't tend to get return requests, if we do, refund will be via original payment method.

All of our warehouse and delivery teams manage and transport goods with the greatest of respect and care. An example of this is that, we don't load and offload at different depots, and time is spent loading the vehicles in such a way as to ensure goods are protected and secure, and in an order where they won't need to be disturbed when taking other customers goods off.

We will provide an overnight courier direct from the manufacturer, this is clearly stated on the item details where applicable. This is only on a few items, as we won't provide this if we know there is a high chance of damage, or the goods are too large and heavy for some people to manage upstairs. This type of service is one man, front door service only, and no timeslot or COD.

With the nature of our goods, and how large and heavy they are, especially our children's beds, bunk beds, bed frames, for the benefit of our customers, to avoid damage, we prefer to use our own specialist room of choice service for the majority. Delivery details are on every page.

Having had our own service for over 12 years gives us confidence that every one of our professional delivery team is excellent, and go above and beyond for our customers. Everything is delivered together, and having our own department you can ask us anything delivery related.

Working out the one hour time slots is a time consuming process, we incorporate many variables to ensure accuracy, we feel it's worth doing to help our customers, and achieve 98-100% perfect accuracy each week. Although rare, if delayed due to an extreme circumstance, we will phone you in advance.
