The pocket springs in the Highgrove Panache mattress are thicker, firm tension steel pocket springs with 8 turns for more durability, even better support and posture alignment.

The mattress cover is cashmere knitted fabric which is hand tufted, the soft stretch fabric enriches your comfort.
