Sleepland® Intrepid Gaming Highsleeper Bed - 3ft Single

Our Sleepland Intrepid is the ultimate gaming bed that children and teenagers will absolutely love. The highsleeper has a smooth modern finish in anthracite grey which is complemented by the vibrant red vinyl.

The desk has the option of being placed at two heights. There is a half moon at the back of the desk to feed any wires through. You can assemble with the desk, ladder and storage section to either end of the high sleeper. The ladder and desk can be fitted left or right, with the wardrobe and storage section the opposite, as shown in the photos.

As with all of our Sleepland® exclusive range, our gaming bed is extremely strong and sturdy. There is no movement and everything has super secure bolting throughout. The ladder has a re-enforcement underneath, it's safe for parents to climb up if needed.

The red vinyl trim provides a vibrant aesthetic against the smooth dark grey. It is also placed in areas that will be touched often such as the inside of the cutout handles for longterm durability.

We include a free gift of a safe USB powered LED strip light that you can choose to use.

At the end there is an array of shelves. There is a wardrobe rail if you wish to hang clothes over a bottom shelf, plus a large bottom drawer. The four small shelves are open at the back so that games etc can also be accessed from inside the pod area.

There is a top shelf over the storage section for your child to place items such as a drink and light whilst in bed.

The 3ft single bed is designed to save on space within the bedroom, whilst creating a cool space both for young gamers or a child or teenager wanting to utilise it for other means.

The ladder has a full panel behind the steps which we added when designing our gaming bed to help with screen reflection. This also contributes to the super sturdiness of the Intrepid. There is a panel in front of the desk also, this does have a gap at the top as we didn't a child or teenager to feel fully enclosed.

The shelves can be accessed from the interior and exterior so that your son or daughter can easily access their games, books and any other belongings whilst inside the pod section.

This bed isn't only for console or computer players, the enclosed pod is perfect for children who like to have a cosy, personal area, to maybe study, watch television shows, sit and relax, or to read. We know that there's many children who feel secure and take comfort in an enclosed den like space.

All of our high beds and bunk beds are officially tested and certified that they pass all current EN and UK strength and safety standards.

The highsleeper bed has strong, solid slats to provide children and teenagers with comfort and support. Whilst there's no slats in the lower gaming pod section, a 3ft single mattress will fit, if you ever on occasion wanted to place one there.
