As agreed it was delivered in the time scale set out, the guys delivering this item where really nice and called me a little before to let me know that they wouldn't be long which I thought was really efficient.
We put our new bed together today and it looks really beautiful and very good quality, I am really pleased I waited for this bed to come back into to stock.

my mum said the delivery guys were lovely and very helpful they rang her to confirm time scales and the delivery was prompt, she wanted to make sure I wrote a review (she is herself a business woman) and when I told her I only placed the order on Sunday she was very surprised that it only took a few days for delivery!

The bed is beautiful it took us a few hours to put together not bad I think! and the affinity Mattress is a very comfortable and wonderful nights sleep.

Thank you so much for the great service received from yourselves throughout the whole order and delivery process of my new bed. I placed the order on 1st June at 17:30 and on 3rd June at 11:20am the bed was delivered - exactly as promised in the one hour delivery window quoted.

The ordering procedure was straight forward and simple and the subsequent communications first class. The delivery person Steve and his assistant were considerate and courteous as well as friendly and efficient.

I could not find a better price including delivery on the Internet than was qouted by yourselves. All in all I would like to congratulate you on a superb service from beginning to end.

Customers query: I received delivery of Cosmos Triple on Friday to Ireland. I wanted to thank you for your excellent service. One phone call was all it took, it was only on Friday I was thinking maybe I should have called on the Tues to make sure it had left you, but there was no need, it was delivered on Friday as promised.

Just a note to say how pleased we were with the excellent customer service we received from Sleepland Beds. I initially rang enquiring about mattresses, colours etc and the lady on the other end of the phone was really helpful, the Emails below were very polite and the delivery times were fab considering that when you normally wait for a delivery you have to stay in ALL day!!!

The guys that delivered the bed were very polite and helpful and didn't mind at all that they had to shift a few things around in my garage to bring the beds in -they did offer to take all the boxes upstairs for me but I still hadn't dismantled my kids old beds!!!
All in All fantastic service and I will definitely recommend you.

I thought i would give you feedback on my delivery, first the delivery, you said between 7am and 8am on the 4/2/10 the actual time was 7:10 am on the 4/2/10 spot on ! also the delivery men were very helpful.

The Dione bed was easy to put together and good value for money, the Elegance Mattress is superb and very comfortable and great value for money.

Customers query: I just wanted to say how delighted we are with your service and the actual Hyder Cosmic Bunk Bed itself. Thank you for the prompt delivery I received. The bed itself, I would always recommend, it cost more than another brand *, but the quality is superior and is well worth the extra money. When I phoned up for advice you were excellent, I couldn't have asked for a better service especially in terms of information and the actual delivery times. I am in the furniture business myself, so I know what to expect in terms of good customer service and what is physically possible and you exceeded those expectations.

If any parent is looking for a Bunk Bed which has a futon and a desk, buy the Hyder - the design is ideal especially for a teenager - the desk glass is glittered which makes it. The futon is nice and thick which makes it cosy to sleep on. clearly the manufacturers have invested time and money into this product and the packaging. One of my boxes had a hole in when I received it and I dreaded it being opened, but because of the amount of polystryene under the cardboard, there wasn't a scratch to be seen, this says a lot about the quality in my view.

I welcome any questions via e-mail, if any potential customer's want another customer's opinion about it. I was sceptical especially after the disaster I had with another company concerning the other brand *, which is cheap and poorly made in my opinion and would recommend no anyone goes anywhere near it.

Hi Kerri,

Bed arrived at about 11:15 Saturday morning, (Delivery promised between 11:00 and 12:30.) Two very helpful guys placed the bed in bedroom, assembled it, removed all the packaging and even fitted my existing headboard, a very good service.

With regard to the "Sheraton" bed, we have slept on this for four nights now and have found it to be extremely comfortable.

I had spent approximately two hours searching the internet for a bed of this type,(Pocket Springs and Memory Foam) and found the product you offered met all our requirements at the right price.

I just had to e mail you. Many thanks for a truly excellent service. Our bed arrived at about 6.50 this morning. The delivery lads were excellent and they were really helpful. ~Our staircase is very tricky and it was no easy delivery for them but they were first class.

The bed itself exceeds our expectations although we have yet to spend the night in it! This bed is a 43rd anniversary present to ourselves and we are just delighted with the service that you have given us. You far surpass any of our local shops!

sorry for the delay in e mailing you. I just wanted to let you know that I am thrilled with the bunk beds and with your service. Your men were here really early and the job was done well, and very fast. My little boys are thrilled, they think they are wonderful. Do please apologise to them for the chaos. My eldest son is autistic (Asperger) and has hyperactivity problems so there was a lot of noise and chaos going on when they were here.
