Dear everyone at Sleepland, thank you so so much I love my new bed. It is so comfortable and it is fantastic having so much room to spread out even when my kids get in. The only problem I have is it is so comfy I don't want to get out of bed.

I had a delivery of Joseph bunk beds on Saturday (Sonning Eye, Berkshire) and I just wanted to say thank you very much - the guys that delivered the beds were really good, very efficient and made a great job of assembling the beds- much quicker than I could ever have done!! Just a wee note to inform you of the lightning delivery of my Joseph Imagine Mattress. Having given the mattress over a week of extremely vigorous testing, words cannot express my delight and and I am no 10 stone weakling.

Thankyou for all your help we are made up with the midsleeper. it is a lovely chunky bed which is half the price of others of the same quality. My son absolutely loves it.
Definitely recommend it and yourselves. Please pass my thanks to Paul and Mark the delivery guys, I would never of got those boxes upstairs.

I just had to write and let you know how pleased we are with the bunk beds. As you know we sent the ones back to that large department store (I have taken the name out and replaced it with this as not to embarrass, sleepland beds manager)
as they were truly awful and wouldn't last two minutes with my kids. Yours cost £300 less and to be honest I would of paid 300 more. They are just gorgeous and we cannot believe the quality, our kids love them. Your customer service puts that company to shame so much for big named brands. If any of our friends or family are looking for a bed I will tell them where to come.
You are all such lovely people and you are what it says on the tin, I feel like I've known Stella for years, she's lovely as is Paul and Tracey

I wanted to tell you how made up I am with our new bed and the service we got from your company. It takes a lot to impress me, I'm known in my family as Mrs Bouquet. But I was impressed with both the service and the bed and mattress are fantastic. Still can't believe the price where I live you can only get that cheap wood for that price yours is just amazing. It's wonderful and went together very easily, and looks really great. My guests loved it. I didn't hear your delivery man, but he left the bed and mattress with the post office next door as I requested, who then gave me a hand carrying it in later! A quick note to say thankyou so much for the fantastic service we received. The bunk beds are just gorgeous my two boys love them, I can't believe the quality of the wood, they looked lovely in your photo but they are even nicer in real life. I will be showing them off to my friends and recommending you to anyone who says they need a bed. My boys are really pleased with the mattresses as they match their football teams. I had to go out and buy them new coloured sheets to match but it's worth it.

I hope you are all well, I just wanted to drop a quick line to say thank you for all your help and I am having the best nights sleep I've ever had.
I'm sure he must of thought me a bit thick (no he didn't at all, we are here to help) but Paul was so patient with me. He talked me through all the beds and answered my million questions and to be honest I was expecting him to try and sell me a really dear bed. That wasn't the case at all he found me the perfect bed as I have had back trouble for years. I always thought a hard bed was best but he explained it all too me. Now I've had my bed for three weeks now and my back is so much better it's like magic. It did take a couple of weeks to get used to but Paul said that would happen as I had been sleeping with poor posture for so many years and he was right.
