 | We are able to offer free delivery because we deliver ourselves and absorb the cost whether you live in Liverpool or London. The only exception is the Scottish Highlands and Grampians postcodes AB, AB, PA, IV, KW, PH, KY, DD certain postcodes in the FK area please ask for delivery costs for these areas.

On the rare occasion an item is out of stock with the manufacturer we will state this on the product details.

When you order your bed we will send a confirmation of your order.
We will contact you with at least 48 hours notice of a delivery date which will be within the lead times as stated above. |
When we contact you we will give a time slot, allowance must be made for traffic delays out of our control.
We can call when we are up to an hour away so you don't need to wait in or if you have asked someone else to take delivery of the bed we can call an alternative number so that they don't need to wait in your home for longer than necessary.
Why do you deliver yourselves rather than use a courier company?
To be honest it would be a lot easier to use a courier company but we have chosen not to for many different reasons to ensure you recieve the best service possible.
With a courier service you have to sign that you have received the goods in perfect condition or you will not be able to claim for damages. How are you able to do this without opening the boxes and examining them? I have never been asked to do this and always just sign. We allow you to do this in your own time, you may receive the bed today but not want to put the bed together for a couple of days and it will then be too late to claim, not with us.
I am not going to say problems never occur with the nature of our products, although very rare it does happen. We look after your goods on our van with great care so chances are less but we will rectify any problem found as soon as possible.
Another reason we deliver ourselves, beds and mattresses are heavy and awkward, we will take them upstairs for you if invited to do so. Entering your home is at invite only and you must agree that we are not liable for any damages. Please ensure all breakables such as pictures on the wall are out of the way. If we are invited to assemble your bed as per our special offer please ensure the floor is clear of debris and adequate protection is provided for carpets and wooden floors as we are not liable for any damage.
Our team are respectful, friendly and polite. If entering your home they will be take their shoes off (I always check they've put clean socks on before they leave).
