Sleepland Beds Delivery Lead times

Maximum lead times are on each item, if a bed is out of stock it will say pre-order and if known expected date. If you have any questions regarding delivery please contact us. Live chat has a very helpful member from our delivery department available.

We have our own in house delivery service to ensure you receive the best possible service. Our premium delivery includes 2 Person teams, who will as a courtesy take your items into the room of choice. They transport and handle your items with exceptional care.

We also plan our routes with care, taking into consideration delivery requests and we also give you a one hour slot. We will also call you when we are half an hour away (you may request a specific number or time to call).

The minute we have your date and one hour slot time for delivery we will contact you to check it's convenient, always ensuring plenty of notice and within the lead time stated on your item page.

A full receipt of payment (including cash on delivery) a copy of your order and all our contact details will be brought in addition to the email copy you receive upon ordering.

If you ever need to claim under guarantee you can contact us without a receipt as we can check our records, if going to the manufacturer direct they will need to see receipt to show purchased from an authorised retailer.

A guide to maximum delivery lead time is stated on every item. We do our best to get you your goods as soon as possible. When an item is out of stock we state as out of stock and pre-order is welcome to give you the opportunity to secure yours (no payment required until back in stock, select call me for payment or COD)

We offer free automatic Saturday delivery to London and surrounding areas as standard, you don't need to select an option. We can also create routes to offer weekend delivery to many other areas. One of our drivers took this photo, this is one of the many reasons we deliver ourselves. The poor people who received those mattresses will not realise the interior damage until it is too late. Also there are beds or furniture in those boxes we wouldn't like to see the damage.

Also will many companies when you sign for delivery, you are signing that your items are not damaged which invalidates you claiming for replacements. We have two man teams who handle your items as if their own, with the greatest of care. If you do find any problems you can be assured we'll sort them for you.

We give you a one hour slot, please make allowances for traffic circumstances beyond our control. We will contact you if delayed, although this is rare please ensure we have a contact number for the day.

We are able to offer genuine free delivery to the majority of England, Scotland and Wales because we have our own delivery service, working on a multi-route basis. This is a two man delivery where if invited to do so will take your items into the room of your choice. Please ensure access is available for our drivers and any breakables removed.

All items must be signed for, therefore we are unable to leave items in a garage or other areas.

Our payment gateway asks your bank for authorisation and verification the card is yours. They will only authorise your card payment to your registered billing address. You can enter a different delivery address, however we will require additional proof of address and identification. We do also accept cash on delivery, cleared cheque or bank transfer if no ID available.
