Joseph Beds are fast becoming one of the most popular UK companies for Bedroom furniture. We carefully select the bed manufacturers we use. Joseph were the very first company that we started to sell when we very first started. We were so impressed with not only the designs but the quality of the beds. I have written this page as I thought it would be useful to have a little insight into Joseph beds.
Joseph are fast becoming a household name for beds. This has not been achieved with expensive advertising but through reputation and word of mouth. I am a strong believer that any company with a huge amount of money can make us think their products are the best thing since sliced bread when this is not always the case. The advertising costs are also implemented into the cost of the bed. At Sleepland Beds we have spent a long time sourcing companies that don't need expensive advertising to sell their beds, all their money then goes into the bed or mattress. The consumer benefits from this because the bed is better for the same amount of money (and even less at Sleepland beds when compared with large store prices). We don't use heavy advertising, neither on the Internet or outside. Many of our customers come through recommendations (thank you).
Getting back to Joseph beds, they only use the best materials, craftsmanship and designs, they don't cut corners or use cheap wood, metal or leather only the best. Also what is important to us is the people at Joseph are such nice people with strong values and this reflects over into their business.
A quick overview of the Joseph Beds Range:
Joseph wooden beds are made with hardwoods such as oak or maple. The grain of these woods is more subtle. The most well known Joseph wooden beds are the maple and oak range. Maple wood can be either soft or hard hardwoods. The Joseph maple beds are hard maple, this is highly resilient and has a beautiful golden colour. Every maple bed is unique as natural maple wood is used.

Joseph leather beds/sofas are made with only top full grain leather. This leather is the best quality. The leather has greater durability and extra comfort because it is breathable. The leather will not become cracked, the leather does not wear out if anything it will become more . I have the Joseph sofa and it looks as good as the day I bought it.
To clean the Joseph leather beds or sofas simply wipe over with a damp micro fibre cloth. Every couple of months it is good to use a leather conditioner.
Joseph metal beds
Joseph metal beds are made with wrought iron, they are built to last. The beds are then coated with deep layers of colour that will stand the test of time.
Joseph Bunk beds

The most popular Joseph bunk beds at Sleepland Beds are the white and maple twin bunk beds with the Joseph three sleeper bunk bed coming a very close second. The Joseph wooden bunk beds are made with solid maple wood. Maple wood is extremely hard and resilient to knocks and scratches, with the added benefit of the attractive golden colour. The maple and white twin Joseph bunk beds can also be used as two single beds either now or in the future. Because the maple wood is so resilient they should look as good as new to be able to use them as two single beds in the future. The maple wood doesn't have knots or cracks that deteriorate over time. Although this can be a beautiful feature on top quality solid pine furniture.
All Joseph bunk beds are double bolted for extra safety and security. The top bunk has a high rail around the entire top bunk. All the Joseph bunk beds have large flat steps, this is both safer for your children's little feet and more comfortable than the round small steps found on bunk beds.
The Joseph metal bunk beds are made with solid wrought iron. This gives a nice and shinier effect in addition to the strength and sturdiness of the bunk beds. The metal bunk beds have swimming pool type ladders for extra comfort on children's feet.
