Where do I start?

Shopping on the Internet is the same as shopping anywhere else, but without the walking!  You look around our shop, put items you want into your shopping basket and then pay for them - we are committed to the safety of your personal information.
 

How do I look around your shop?

We have put our products into separate categories to make it easier to find what you are looking for.  These are then divided into sub-categories in which to choose your size to make it quicker for you. Simply click on any of these categories to view our products. 

Where is my shopping basket (or shopping cart)?

Good question!  Our shopping cart is not the same as a real one but it does the same job.  When you add items to your shopping cart, we remember which items they are so that when you are ready to pay for your order, we then display all the items you have chosen.  You can view your shopping cart at anytime it is situated on the top left hand corner
Like a real shopping cart, you can take items back out again if you have changed your mind or made a mistake. 

How do I put an item in my shopping cart?

Next to every product we have, you will see an 'Add to cart' button.  If you want a particular item, simply click the 'Add to cart' button and the item will be automatically put into your shopping basket. 

I've chosen what I want, what next?

On every page in our shop, you will see a 'Cart' link in the top left hand corner.  When you are ready to complete your order, click on the 'view cart' link - this will take you into our Checkout page. You can also go there to delete any items.
You will be able to see all of the items you have put into your shopping basket, and we will ask you where you want your order to be delivered to.
At any time you can come back out of our Checkout page and go back into our shopping pages. You will be asked to type in your name and address, email address and phone number.  The is also a box to type in additional comments such if your address is off the map (the drivers really appreciate this) also suggestions - we always welcome ideas or comments

How do I pay for my order?

The final part of our Checkout page, choose your payment method this will then take you to our secure server where you can enter your name, address and phone number.  If you have chosen payment via cod this is the end of the checkout process. If paying by card, paypal or google checkout these options are quick and easy and secure.

When is my order going to be delivered?

You will then receive an email from us which will confirm your order and give you the name of the person who will be deal with your order from start to finish, this ensures your order runs as smoothly as possible. We will contact you with plenty of notice of a delivery date.,
