Where do I review and pay for my order?
On the top left corner of this page you will see view cart - There you can review your order and check it is correct. You can then choose your chosen payment method where you will enter our secure area to enter your delivery and payment details. You can also leave us a message in this area.

Do you have a showroom?
We will be opening a brand new showroom in the next couple of months, details will be given as soon as we are open.
When will delivery be?
The current lead times for the different manufacturers is on the delivery page which can be seen in the top menu. The time shown is the maximum time and we deliver our beds as quickly as possible. We will contact you with at least 48 hours notice.
What method of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards either online or over the phone. If you would like to pay a partial card payment and the rest cash on delivery, please select cash on delivery and request a call to take a partial payment in the additional information area.
We also accept Pay pal and Google checkout. We now offer COD excluding Scottish Highlands and other remote areas as we need to use a courier service.
Your card details are not stored by us or anyone else. We use secure technology: Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and the best software available today for secure transactions. It encrypts all your information so that it can be read by no-one. We don't have access to your card details, your card provider simply lets us know that your payment has been authorised.
Do you offer discounts for multi-purchases
Yes at Sleepland Beds we value customer loyalty. Therefore we offer generous discounts off our already low prices on additional purchases. We offer mattress discounts when purchased with any bed frame or children's bed. If you purchase matching bed room furniture the discounted prices can be seen either on the beds drop down price menu or the related items below the bed description.
When I get to checkout will I find any extra costs added?
No, all costs are clearly displayed. Delivery is free to mainland UK excluding Scottish Highlands and Grampians, including postcodes AB, PA, IV, KW, PH, DD KY, Some parts of FK please contact us for delivery charges to these areas and postcodes.
Can I return my goods if I change my mind?
At Sleepland Beds we want you to shop with confidence. We therefore offer a no quibble money back guarantee. If you change your mind return the items in the original unopened packaging. Please contact us to let us know that you will be returning the item. Full returns policy
Please note if you are trying to match existing furniture it will not be the same if not from the same companies range. Also please allow for colour variances due to monitor settings.
What do I do if my goods are damaged on arrival?
Please email Paul@sleeplandbeds.co.uk or telephone 0151 281 8297. The problem will be rectified quickly and to your satisfaction. No charge is applied.
Do your products carry a guarantee?
Yes, all beds, furniture and mattresses carry a minimum one year manufacturer guarantee. If you ever need to use this guarantee you can either contact us and we will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf or you can contact them directly. I promise all our manufacturers are very accommodating and take customer satisfaction as seriously as we do.
Will you take my old bed away?
Unfortunately, we are not able to remove used beds due to health and safety regulations. Your local council can do this usually at no cost or a local recycling charity centre.
Can I order by phone?
Yes, our hours of opening are Mon-Sat 9.30am - 17.30 Sun 11am - 17.30. There is a 24 hour answer phone and if you do leave a message we will call you back. There is also a mobile number on the answer phone for emergencies
I need some advice about choosing a bed can you help?
Yes please do give us a ring, I know it can be daunting sometimes. We are not a large call centre we are a small friendly team where no-one will give you a sales pitch or read the information off a computer. We will just answer any questions honestly and without bias. We are not on commission or sales targets we simply want to help you.
Why are your prices so low and does this deter on quality?
Sometimes we feel that because our prices are low it can sometimes deter people. For example compare our divan beds with the large stores where you will find the equivalent bed costing three or four times more than ours. You subconsciously think the more expensive one must be better when it isn't at all.
We have chosen our manufacturers carefully for you. We don't use the big brands that are well known through advertising. This doesn't make their beds better just more well known. We gave in once and started to sell one big brand but we stopped because it just didn't sit right with us. We use Tracey to make the final decision. One of our first testimonials was from a lady who compared herself to Hyacinth Bouquet, when we received it everyone said she sounds just like Tracey. Only the best is good enough for Tracey and therefore only the best is good enough for our customers.
Our motto is would we sleep in it, if the answer is no we don't sell it. We use the leading independent well established companies whose products don't need this. They combine the latest technology with traditional craftsmanship and use only the finest materials. They don't over inflate their prices their money goes into their beds not advertising. The customer then gets more bed or mattress for their money. We have also built an excellent relationship up with our manufacturers to buy direct from them and secure fantastic prices on the best quality beds which we pass on to the consumer. In addition we are only a small team without large overheads (except the rising cost of petrol but we haven't put our prices up, we absorb all delivery costs ) and we keep our margins as low as possible. If you pay over the phone we never ever write or store you details and we process the transaction in real time.
Do you deliver outside the UK or Off land?
Unfortunately at present we can only delivery to addresses in mainland UK. We can arrange delivery to a port for you at a mutually convenient time.
